I called and booked a appointment with garline for 1pm but she said come at 2pm I get there at 2 she had a client already she finished up with that one and went to another then as I’m sitting there another lady come in who was also her regular client and told her she will be with her in a min. and sat there with my kids till 4pm with nobodys assistance. Just very unprofessional I will never go back there. Every salon that does good hair isn’t always 5 star with customer service .
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is horrible! Gurliene allows her friends to argue with customers and she over charges everyone but her friends. I went in at 2:30pm for my appointment and I didn’t get out until 9:25pm. Never again. To say I’ve been going here for years and I get treated like nothing is crazy. Angela (the owner) is a sweetheart but this place isn’t worth your money.
