EDIT TO ADD: I was contacted by the owner and she was sincerely apologetic. She listened to what happened and rectified the situation with a refund. I went for the very first time to get tips/builder gel on my nails. Firstly, I requested Vee for my appt (as she had really good reviews and others had used her for their short nail beds like I have). I was told Jenn was the one who would be doing my nails today.
