I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Together in Caring both personally and professionally. This organization is absolutely incredible with the knowledge and compassion they provide to clients and their families-it’s so refreshing to see these days. All of the care managers are very well trained, professional, and all around caring people. They help navigate aging challenges with such grace and perfection. I have been using Together in Caring for three years. I travel a lot and have no one in the area to provide assistance for my mother if she should have a medical need while I am out of town. After getting to know me and the situation my case manager Chelsea makes contact every month by phone or a visit with my mom. Together in Caring has been a godsend to care for me and my mother. I live in CT (6 hours away) and cannot always be there for her in an emergency. Chelsea has forged a strong relationship with my mother, used her medical background to help with confusing doctor's appointments and consistently provided excellent communication to my brother and I. When things didn’t go as we planned, she immediately helped with developing a new plan. She is empathetic, a leader and professional. You want the team from together in caring in your corner. Class for Perinton Ambulance was fantastic! A lot of great material for an agency that has a large elderly community, with multiple memory care units. Presenters were engaging, and could tell that they loved what they do. Would highly recommend their work to other responders/caregivers in the area.
