I honestly don’t know what our family would have done without Joseph and the entire team at Together Hospice. We were put in an incredibly stressful position where my aunt needed to be discharged from the hospital that same day, and we were scrambling. In such a emotional time, Together Hospice was my light and lifeline, Joe is amazing and seems available 24/7 to answer any and all questions we had regarding the path we are walking with my 97 year old mom who is ready to go to God.I cant thank you enough for all your support and help.
Together Hospice helped us in such a difficult time to find a facility for our loved one that was clean, caring, supportive and efficient. If you have to find a facility for hospice care choose Together hospice. They assisted with the transition from a rehab facility to a hospice facility and that is not an easy decision.
