Together hospice care saved my life. I was no longer able to care for my father with advanced dementia, and they very quickly and easily found a wonderful place for him where he is safe, and well cared for. Joe Lee also went the extra mile for me and helped secure funding so everything was possible. all of this on a weekend. I am forever grateful for his help.

After my mom had her stroke and some follow-up pneumonia it was recommended to me by the hospital to put my mom into hospice. Together Hospice has been a great partner. Joseph is extremely responsive and helps in any way that he can as situations arise. Joseph also helped me find a good board and care facility that I am very happy with.
