As a former employee, I'd give them a negative star rating if this was possible. I was hired as a helper for a semi-disabled man in my retirement community housing. The "charting" is online, confusing and if not done properly, you don't get paid! There are many small details. Jeremy, the manager, complained and said I was taking up his time when I asked if he could explain and provide training! Because of this, I basically worked several days where I won't be paid for. Great friendly coworkers and office staff. Helpful nurses when you have questions. Scheduler is always ready to get the hours you need.
If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. Their people don't show up half the time leaving my handicap aunt to fend for herself. She cannot get out of bed and get in her wheel chair without their help so she is stuck in bed until a family member can get to her. It should be criminal and their management should be held accountable.
As a home health nurse, I find Team Select Home Care to be one of the best home cares in the area to be employed by, and a client of. They have great communication skills, do their best to find nurses for open clients, and stay on top of things. I highly recommend them as an employer, and as a home care team!
My daughter not only receives nursing care from this company but they have also hired me as her nurse. They are amazing to work with! The office staff are so friendly, accommodating, and respond right away to questions or schedule changes. The training was a breeze, and the charting is very easy. Our case manager is wonderful and easy to get ahold of to update her on any medical changes, and so kind when she comes for home visits. Team Select has been a huge blessing for our family!
