Not impressed with them so far at all. When I inquired about a part on their website, they were quick to respond, but when I email them THREE times about my order that I haven't received yet, I can't get a single response from them. The phone # that is listed is a bogus phone # - you have to respond to all these sweepstakes questions, then you never get anywhere to talk to anyone. Had I know ordering products through them was going to be this way, I would have never ordered.
