The Caveman Chocolate ice cream is amazing. Don't stop making it...ever! Finding it in NE Ohio is proving tough, but I will find it!!
Unfortunately I have lost favor with this place. Worst customer service ever. Apparently there are two separate lines now but no signs posting that one line is for milkshake and the other line for hard dip ice cream. My family was in line and as my wife and kids were ordering ice cream, I ordered a milkshake. I was told I had to get out of line and go to the other line to get milkshake. Can't try before you buy. Definitely get more than your money's worth. It's like they're giving it away. However, when you take into consideration the generous portions combined with the odd names of some of their ice creams with no description, Toft's can afford to offer taste samples to their customers. It might not sound like a big deal to you, but this is the reason why I never stop in, buy it at the grocery store or recommend Toft's to anyone.
