OVER $400 FOR NEW PATIENT!!! First time I booked an appointment, I clearly explained my intention was new patient, never visit, and trying to establish a new primary care doctor. The clinic put me down for Monday. I took time-off to to show up, then the clinic told me they do not accept New Patient on Monday, so I have to reschedule. I visited the clinic on 04/24, only have basic check-up, like talking about family history, health related information, and it's obviously less than an hour. Every month I went in, I was made to feel like a drug addict or dealer. Dr. Taj is great, however I always ended up with a NP and one in paticular is horrid and degrading

Kept me on hold until I hung up. Never got an appointment. Judging by the reviews, I didn't miss out on anything.

Worst practice ever. Minor seen in the facility and responsible party is the parent, incompetent workers send the bill to minor and it's never received, so malicious they send the debt to collection agency when the minor child turns 18. Against fair credit reporting act, unfair and deceptive.
