Toebe Construction caused two blowouts in my car on the right side due to a one to two inch lip not only along the road on 10 mile(just past Meadowbrook going east last summer) but the lip was also going into the road so when hit head on blowouts occurred. When I hit right into it I received two flat tires immediately. There were no cones to warn anyone, as the neighbors had said it happened to someone else the previous week.
