I had a very disappointing experience with this podiatry service. Communication is extremely poor – the mobile number is often switched off, and there’s no receptionist to answer queries or confirm appointments. I had an appointment booked two weeks in advance, and despite calling twice and leaving voice messages to confirm the timing, I didn’t receive a clear response.
