Terrible service from Tod Fox. I paid $3,600 for top soil and seed. The work did not work. Tod told me "we'd return to do the work until the area is 75% complete." He returned. The work did not work (again.) He refused to refund any portion of my money. He called me a "child" when I asked for a refund. Look at the attached pictures of my lawn... does this look like it was worth $3,600 to you? Seriously, would you pay more than three thousand dollars and be happy with this result?
