Pete and Todora Management have Managed my property since I was deployed to Haiti with the US Navy in 2010. Pete has become like extended family and I trust his business decisions and opinions regarding my property. It has rarely been left unoccupied, which keeps my income from rental property steady and he’s had decent tenants in my house. Rented for two years. Renting from Todora Management Company was a horrible experience. Any repairs we needed were usually disputed and when they were resolved, the help that usually came was poor and their work reflected it. Pete Todora will try to bully you at first, and then nickel and dime you when it comes to spending any money to make your renting experience any better. Absolute nightmare for two years.
