I have lived here for 14 years, since Rosa Diaz(Rosy I call her affectionately) and her staff,took over the Administration of this building in 2020, it have been the best thing that has happened,she is a very attentive, warm and affectionate person who listens to her tenants and provide immediate solutions to any situation.On a personal level,I'm grateful 🙏 that she is at forefront of our community and I hope that she continue to be that way for many years.Todel Apartments took a 360° turn with her arrival. Rosa and Yexenia were excellent with their service, from the first day she already felt at home, I really recommend this condominium, whoever comes will enjoy the best attention and facilities
I Am a new resident here and I Am impressed with the professionalism the team has and how welcomed we felt on the comunity ! The property manager Rosa and Yexenia were super helpful through the process and made it super easy for us. The apartment was in perfect condition and very clean . On our first day they were hosting a 4th of July activity for the residents, I found it to be awesome and exciting, since we can get to know other neighbors during these activities. Definitely a great place to call home !
The manger is super sweet makes the apartment as clean as possible she always treating everyone with respect and when anyone needs help she is always available to help!
