I just ordered a new Toddy Cold Brew System! I've actually purchased a few over the years, one for myself and a couple for friends. My receipts go back to 2014, and the amazing thing is that the price has only gone up by $10 in over a decade. That kind of value is rare these days. I had to call in to update the delivery address and spoke with Devon, who was super helpful and friendly, great customer service. I highly recommend this setup. The price is great, the quality is solid, and I’m excited to start brewing again!

Best cool brew. My grand parents were doing it before the hipsters…👍🏻 I modified mine with fire so that the bottom would drain more completely … necessary? No. Make me happy? Yes I wonder if we would Get better flavor with a glass brewing carafe?

I had a terrible experience with this company. And I would advise customers to steer clear of the company and their products. I had a lid to one of their products that broke, and I wanted to get another one. I asked them if they would replace it, and they refused. I asked them if they would at least cover the shipping, but they refused. When I complained, they threatened to cancel my order, which they did. I'm sharing a review of my visit to Conundrum Coffee located in the Toddy building. I found it while I was in-between site visits for my day-job and was blown away by the cold-brew options and great conversation with Melissa. I went for a coffee flight and it was the perfect mid-day break. Definitely a highlight of the area and a place not to sleep on!
