It’s been awhile but we had work done on our Pacifica and they did an excellent job and saved us money. We were going to go to the dealership but it would have cost us an arm and a leg. We were referred to GT Sales through a mutual friend and we’ve since referred others to this place. Very pleased.
I can't say enough good stuff about this business. Unfortunately I purchased a used truck from an individual that was very deceiving. I didn't get the vehicle inspected first and it had been tampered with to appear to be in good condition. It failed inspection. The inspection showed defective check engine light, multiple problems, catalytic converter issues among other things were wrong. We took it to Scott's Automotive to be repaired. After having been in my accident with my fairly new vehicle I was able to get the value that I lost which was helpful when it came time for a new car. Robert was great to work with, quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns. The report was easy to understand, but he explained each part of it to me. We recently brought our 2016 Honda CRV in for an alignment went for test drive they seen it was clearly pulling to the right they aligned it when I left it was clearly pulling to the right two days later I brought it back explain the situation to the woman at the desk apparently she is the owner immediately defensive saying the numbers are in the green wanted no part of standing behind the alignment I told her I didn’t want to argue the car is dangerously pulling to the right she’s making faces acting unprofessional and flat... read more
He had an entire week to do an inspection on a vehicle and he waits until the DAY I told him I was going to be picking up my car to do it.
I had always taken my car here to get it repaired. I gave great reviews for this shop but this time I had my own radiator for them to put in because it was cheaper. When i took my car in with my old radiator, my air was working. He tried to tell me it was not. That someone unhooked something at another shop. Not true. My car has never been anywhere else. I don't know how to do it. Now i have no air because whatever they did, they did not hook back up and faulted me for it. THEY DID NOT FIX MY AIR THE WAY IT WAS. I will never... read more
