Fantastic service! Fixed my VW when 3 other repair shops couldnt. They took the time to figure out the 2 minor and one moderate issue. We are new to the area and they even had someone drop off and pick up my husband when they were done! Prices were so resonable, we even had them install new tires. I cannot say enough great things about them!
I heard about Jim's Home Auto Service through a good friend who recently moved out of state. I had always taken my vehicles to a dealership but after several visits became suspicious that some of the work mentioned wasn't needed since I had just completed the same repairs eight months ago. I took my 2003 jaguar XK8 and have the struts replaced and four wheel alignment. They were able to get me in and out. I feel like I’m in a new car, no vibration and no pulling. I wish we had shops like this available in Florida!
If I can give it no stars I would I paid $250 to get something fixed on my car after about a week I will still having the same issues and when I called them they said if it’s the same issue I won’t have to pay again but then when I called again the next day the lady at the front desk is saying I would have to pay again for a “new part” I told her it’s doing the exact same thing that you both claimed has been fixed why would I have to keep paying for something that should of been fixed the first time? Very good auto mechanic, who has always repaired my vehicles correctly and at a fair price. Never tried to up sale you on other repairs or services. Gives you a quote to fix your problem and then does just that.
I woke up yesterday to a car that wouldn't start and a low tire. I called the big local tire place and they couldn't get to me for a couple of days. I called Tiger and was told that they would fit me in. With the help of my neighbor, I got my car started and drove it to Tiger Tires. They don't normally give rides but I think the guy felt sorry for me and took off from his work time and gave me a ride home. I know the battery was dead because it would not take a charge at all.
