Rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to coordinate with prospective clients. Very condescending, especially for a business in a college town.
We are using TSS college summer storage service for my daughter's stuff. We live in California and my daughter is going to school in Waterville. Todd was very helpful with all of our questions and accommodating when it was time to move her out of the dorms and drop her stuff off. This is a great service for out of state students and we will be sure to use TSS for the next 2 summers.
