I came in to see if they could repair or just diagnose the issue with a very rare watch from my grandfather. The determination and effort to get this piece in working order and in better condition than when I brought it in was nothing short of amazing. I had Todd fix my grandpa’s WWII army ring over 20 years ago. The stone was chipped from a bullet and kept falling out. He managed to fix the setting so it was secured without losing the sentimental value of the stone. Recently I went back to find options to keep the sentiment of my engagement ring while also increasing the durability. He was able to find a ring in white gold very close to mine and swap the stone.
