If you care about your loved one, do not hire from this company. The problem is not with the CNA's as most have been conscientious and do what is needed once you provide them with instructions, rather it is the management and the accounting department which are unprofessional, inept, unorganized and overall incompetent. Very unprofessional company. The hrs/ schedule are unreliable, no gas reimbursement, lack of training, no benefits/insurance, no direct deposit and the communication is poor. The manager is direspectful. The clients aren’t kept in contact with like needed and often don’t even know if, when, or who is even coming for them. I would never recommend for work or care!
