My daughter's car broke down in Idaho. It got towed to Todd's. Todd and his crew spent their time helping me and my daughter get her car loaded on to my trailer to haul it back to Utah. They used their chains, come-a-long, and fork lift to get her car on my trailer (it sat very low). After about 1 hour we successfully loaded her car. They didn't have to help. tod's staff was excellent at dealing with my problem and was very concerned when the job wasn't done properly the first time. they promptly returned my money and offered to help any way they could. i would gladly recommend this shop to anyone i know
Unbelievable service. Family has been going here for years and they never fail to come through in a tight jam. Needed a quick fix before thanksgiving and they made it happen. Great shop!
Todd went above and beyond with quick service and concern for my daughter. One week into college she had car problems, I'm so glad we were referred to Todd. Not sure if her car would make it across town he assured her if she had problems someone would be there to help within minutes. She barely made it into the parking lot and he had her back on the road with confidence within a couple hours. It's a huge relief to know there are great people like Todd there to help when I can't.
