Poor Diagnosis process. It’s just a guess and check process that you pay for. I’m out $400 and still have the same problem. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. I am an experienced mechanic, worked diagnostics and repair in drivetrain for 8+ years. We just moved here from Montana and my tools are in storage, otherwise I would have fixed this myself. Clean looking shop, poor automotive knowledge. My 2wd minivan doesn’t have a transfer case but thanks for being willing to check it anyway.
Big thanks to Todd's Automotive & Performance LLC for taking care of business once again. I have taken my vehicles (of all kinds) to Todd for years. Todd and the guys have always treated me fairly, and get the job done right every time. I won’t go anywhere else. Time to get some break-in miles on the sled. (Top-end rebuild, and it purrs like an angry kitten again).

We have taken our vehicles here for years! They are more than fair and do an incredible job at getting our vehicles up and running. We moved 3 hours away and we will still take our vehicles to them!! We wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
