We have used Todd's Appliance repair service for years. They have always been very professional. Their rates have always been fair and transparent. Stephen Rosenthal
Costly lesson on who not to call! First assessment serviceman gave stated problem was probably sensors, just use refrigerator as is. Three weeks later when refrigerator completely quit cooling, same serviceman said condensor died. It cost me two service fees to find out it was initially misdiagnosed and would be cheaper to replace than repair. I felt I shouldn't have been charged twice because serviceman misdiagnosed. I would not recommend them or call them again.
Todd, the owner, serviced a used stove we acquired that had some issues. He took very good care of us. He worked fast, was super friendly and knowledgeable (been doing this since he was a kid) and now we have a stove we have total confidence in. On a scale of 1 to 10, his service was a 10. We will use Todd’sAppliance for all our service from now on.

Thanks Giving Just in Time Repair: My oven died, The computer display showed all 8's!! We called around nobody works on my brand.. We called the factory and was refered to Todds Appliance. They came out the next day! The bad part was ordered from the factory, replaced a week later just before family flew in for Thanks Giving! I didnt know what we were going to do, replacement oven was $5000 with install. Saved me so much and the Holiday. Thank you Todd's Appliance! AAA+++ Service

Wow! What a great company! The office/billing administrator, Teri, was so helpful with trying to get my warranty covered through Whirlpool, really going out of her way. And the technician, Cory, who came to my house was just super sweet and I was very comfortable with him. He was on time and fixed my refrigerator in about 10mins and I was on my way back to work. Love them!
Great to deal with the office was very nice and the service man who cam to my home was clean and very plesent he fixed my appliance on the spot and total repair was under $150.00
service was done in one call with nextday service and i did not pay and arm and leg will use again
