My son has been attending since last year and he went from not saying one word to voice he’s needs to now being able to speak sentences, even the kids club he attends have said whatever the therapist is doing is definitely helping him as they see his day to day improvements. I highly recommend Miss Kimberly, weather my toddler is having a bad day she’s always ready with a bright positive attitude.
If I could leave Kimberly no stars I would! Very unprofessional and not in it for the kids at all. Very rude, and she seems as if she has to have the last word. My child had an appointment with Kimberly, that I totally forgot about and was not reminded of at all because of course Kimberly doesn’t sent out appointment reminders (so she says), and was charged a $30 no show fee that she said I could Zelle or Apple Pay, she then proceeded to say he had a credit on his account and she could take it from there but if he had a cred... read more
If I could leave her no stars I would. Kimberly is not professional at all and is not in it for the children. From the first day I walked in she had an attitude about my bringing in a water cup. From there moving forward she always had something to say to my other child (rude with attitude) If you’re 1 minute late she will make sure to take that 1 minute from your child’s session. Miss Kimberly is absolutely amazing! My son left his first session talking more than he ever had. My son looks forward to speech every single week. We can not say enough wonderful things about Miss Kimberly.
We were referred here for speech for our premature child. Therapist called to schedule the eval a week or two in advance, and called again the day before to schedule again. She had completely forgot she scheduled us and we were set for the next morning. This call was an evening call after 7pm. We live over 30 minutes away. I fed my child before we left, and in the parking lot before going in. He was still hungry during our eval and refused to participate. Honestly, lost his mind.
