I received a call the day before my 10 year olds son's appointment telling me that they cannot see him because they no longer accept his insurance. I asked if I could pay out of pocket for a consultation and they said no. I offered $200 cash just for him to be seen. Jen said self pay is not an option. I don't know what the world is coming to, but this was certainly difficult to hear considering we already planned for the four-hour round trip taking off work to go to Farmington for this important consultation. Id give a 0 if I could, Im not even a patient "yet" and I called cause I couldn't make it, I'm a new patient and they said they take more time for a new patient but another person goes there they said they didn't anyways she told me "to call when I can schedule an appointment" (with attitude) like I'm sorry I can't make it in cause I'm sick but ok
I broke my metacarpal bone. Dr Todd Williams, put a plate and screws in my hand. Dr Williams is very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the surgery to me. It happened so fast and I didn't even know he had already done the surgery. I woke up and thought they were taking me to do the surgery but he was already finished. My recovery was very good also. You can't hardly even see my scar. I would highly recommend Dr Williams to anyone I know. Thank you Dr Williams for making my experience the best. Sincerely, Kelcie Hegland.
Dr. Williams is one of the best physicians I have known. Excellent at hand surgery as well as skin cancers. He has my utmost faith.
Dr Williams and the staff and office is ran very efficiently. My father is 94 and one time I was upset with Dr. Williams for telling us he was not the best treatment for my Father at that time. So we reluctantly took his advice and it could not have turned out better. Recently my father was treated by Dr. Williams at the Day Surgery Center. It was all promptly and efficiently coordinated with all the necessary services involve. This is the only review I have done for any Doctor I was so pleased, how the process went.
