Miss the doughnuts they used to have. The oil change service was good though. They didn't put my vehicle through the carwash....AGAIN, this is something they used to do all the time and still do every time my husband brings in his vehicle.

Jon Lyman was incredibly rude when I was in. He shouldn't be a guy who speaks to customers since he has no tact whatsoever. All service on my vehicle has been done at Wenzel, Hudsonville and if we return I will ask to never deal with him again.We talked to Ajay who helped rectify the situation and acted professionally.
