We found a used truck online but was located at the Todd Wenzel in Davidson. We called the dealership in Hudsonville and they were glad to bring it to that location so we could see it and set up an appointment to drive it. 8-25-22 I called Service to get a price on an alignment for my 2020 Blazer. The prices was 119.95 for 2 and 159.95 for 4. When I asked why the price was so high he said that was standard. I explained that the local Ford dealer would do all 4 tires for 129.00. He said, "well maybe you should go to the Ford Dealer". Does this sound like someone who's interested in Service?

The customer is ALWAYS wrong purchased a vehicle on March 30, paid cash with a check, check was cashed the next day all good. Got my sales receipt 3 days later in someone else's name, made Wenzel aware of it and was told it's and easy fix. Waited 2 weeks, nothing. Tried to contact salesman, no responses so went in to talk, guess what "our systems have been down' so that's how you run a business. Bait and Switch style at their Used Car sales. The car I came to see, after setting an appointment was "out on test drive" and was apparently a likely to be sold. The person I was to see "Justin" was not around, and saw on their appointment board, that I had been bumped from a 10:00 AM to a 10:15 AM slot. Of the other two cars they offered, one wasn't even on site, and was alleged to be on a different lot.
