We booked Todd’s Airbnb in Tennessee in early February for our family vacation during my kids’ spring break, with a check-in scheduled for March 13th. Todd is extremely knowledgeable of the Palm Beach area and even helped with vendor recommendations for small repairs, maintenance contracts, and general helpful rental tips. During a challenging market due to Hurricane Helene and the 2024 presidential election, Todd was diligent, patient, reassuring, and still able to locate a renter! Cannot recommend him enough!
Todd was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. This closing was not an easy one and Todd always displayed a lot of patience and knowledge of the industry which is how the deal went through successfully. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Todd again in the future.
