We booked Todd’s Airbnb in Tennessee in early February for our family vacation during my kids’ spring break, with a check-in scheduled for March 13th. Everything appeared to be moving forward normally. On March 9th he messaged asking for our vehicle information for HOA registration, and on March 10th he told me he would be charging the $300 security deposit to my credit card in preparation for our arrival. Todd is extremely knowledgeable of the Palm Beach area and even helped with vendor recommendations for small repairs, maintenance contracts, and general helpful rental tips. During a challenging market due to Hurricane Helene and the 2024 presidential election, Todd was diligent, patient, reassuring, and still able to locate a renter! Cannot recommend him enough!
Todd was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. This closing was not an easy one and Todd always displayed a lot of patience and knowledge of the industry which is how the deal went through successfully. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Todd again in the future.
