Called because they're local and I was having a plumbing issue. This company is using "Premium Home Service" for booking, which means they try to charge you to book an appointment then sign you up for some annual subscription service you never asked for. It's a scam, avoid at all costs.
I went to Dr. Laubenthal for several years early on and supported his practice. I came to him once because of a back injury at work and I thought I could trust him to be morally conscious and have integrity in handling the situation. When upon a second opinion, I learned that I had much more extensive damage than first reported. I contacted a lawyer and explained what happened at work and the results of both doctors.
