Please take my advice and stay far away. Our business with him cost us $800 and lost time. The next lender we used stated Fleury & Associates were on their “do not use list”. Don't make the same mistake we did!!

Truly awful experience. Todd measured the square footage of the house at 500 square feet less than what it actually is. I don't solely rely on HCAD information when I buy a house and measure myself. I'll be reaching out to the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board

He did appraisal and omitted 20% of the square footage he named “master bedroom.“ He also made other amateur mistakes( slab instead of pier and beam the house sits 3 ft off the ground “quite a slab”)called to ask him and he had many excuses and also told me to contact lender which I did . Lender told me to file with Licensing Board which I in turn did. During brief conversation that ended with him hanging up on me, he cited ANSI regulations.
