Wow! I’m not even sure where to begin because in the last 3 months, Todd Thomas and his team, Including all their subcontractors, almost completely transformed my home. While they will readily admit that they are not the least expensive contractors out there, let me tell you that they are worth every penny! Our project needed a lot of care, and Todd Thomas delivered from start to finish. We began with a thorough planning and proposal process with Steven and Jennifer, which set a solid foundation. Frank kept everything moving smoothly and clearly explained our options as we uncovered a few legacy issues that needed attention. We tried for months to get someone to build us a bookcase. Many people did not return calls or emails, did not show up or were not prepared when they did. Todd Thomas' staff did everything right - including each specialist cleaning up the work area after their part of the project was finished for the day. From the first person that showed up to the owner meeting with us after the project was complete - a top-notch business. True professionals. I would go back to them again! We now have a beautiful bookcase in our office.

TTH is a well oiled machine with great business formula and methodologies for a successful outcome for the homeowner and business. From Jeremy’s first assessment the preparation & planning went fantastic.
