RecommendedDaniel at Todd's was polite, easy to talk to, and glad to help. He saved my Dell Inspiron with a battery transplant. It was done quickly and it was reasonably priced, and he mended a spot on my computer cable for free. I highly recommend this place!
Customer service was rude and not very good at communication. Was told it would cost 40 or $50 to fix when I dropped it off Thursday and was told it would cost $140 when I picked it up.
RecommendedI am so grateful for Daniel... the SD card in the digital camera that I was using Christmas Eve and Christmas Day somehow corrupted, and all my irreplaceable pictures vanished. Well that was until I brought the SD card to Todd’s and they successfully retrieved them for me and put on a flash drive. I am unbelievably grateful and satisfied in their work. I have only used Todd’s for my electronics and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks guys!!

I have dealt with Todd's since I built my house after Katrina. All of the technician there have been very helpful. I have purchased several products from them, and have always been satisfied. The few times I requested service, they were fast, fair, and inexpensive. They always offer free advice.
Todd is my brother and has been in the computer and cellular industry for as long as I can remember. He has built his business from the ground up and has always made sure his customers are completely satisfied.
