Scheduled a new patient appointment 2 months ago. Received new patient paperwork in the mail with a letter stating I was scheduled today at 3pm. That’s what we verbally discussed when I called as well. Get to the office with my filled out paperwork and insurance card only to be told I’m not on the schedule and they need to reschedule me. The lady at the desk passes the bill by stating that the gal who didn’t schedule me isn’t there and she’ll have to talk to her tomorrow. I had my second visit today. My teeth look wonderful. I had a little work to be done. Everyone in the office is very kind. And Dr Johnson is very precise so there are no surprises. Was refreshing. I am very grateful for the work that they did. Thank you.
