I have a back problem, which I consulted with Dr. Crawford about and he was of no help whatsoever. I asked for my condition to be discussed with other doctors to see if there’s any other recourse but surgery and he refused to do it. I found him to be very cold and extremely unsympathetic. He is perhaps one of the worst doctors I’ve dealt with in the whole Kaiser Permanente Health system and I’ve been a patient with Kaiser for over 25 years.
Dr Crawford helped me understand what was going on with my spine after I fell. He reviewed my follow up mri results with me and was encouraged with my healing. He accommodated my request for a phone visit. Thank you Dr Crawford
