Excellent concern about my skin issues and very kind. Listened closely and explained what was happening with my skin.
I was very pleased with first visit to dr ricketts office. He was very kind and courteous to my needs and it was greatly appreciated.

My only complaint was the wait time they set up the appointment and had me wait an 1.5 hours before calling me back. I had all my paperwork done online before and was checked in just before my appointment time. This was my first experience with them. I saw other patients come and go while I waited. This was frustrating. However, I was quite pleased with the service I got. Once they saw me.
