The gardner is constantly mowing and using the gas blowers that flood our living room with gas odors. No one ever complains we're elderly and we like our front door open For Fresh air.. The neighbors are incredibly nosey. We've lived here since 1993 was once a upscale place to live a happy place ..
All my life I've lived in this neighborhood and I think it's just needs a little help with the gangs spreading in the park south.
Neighbors are great, housing is Ok. Only down side is the lawn maintenance guys mow, edge, and use the noisy blowers like 3-4 times a week. Doesn't make sense and it really ruins the peace & quiet.
This place is going downhill FAST. Unattended children and teens are doing whatever they want in the area, including vandalizing gardens, littering, and harassing other residents -- to which the HOA turns a blind eye, even though there are remedies in place. It is super loud at night and not safe. About 40% are renters who don't care about the buildings or grounds - some are shady as heck.
