The reception area was very clean, furnished nicely, and every person in the reception area was very welcoming and friendly. I received EXCELLENT care from the dental hygienist, Lauren, and from Dr. Gossett. This was my first time at this clinic, but I will no longer need to search for a dentist. There is only one negative….I have dental insurance with BCBS, and they are not in-network.

Disappointed with the lack of communication about insurance I was disappointed with my experience at this dental office. When I made the appointment, I provided my insurance information, and the office accepted it and scheduled my visit. However, no one informed me that the office was out-of-network with my insurance or that I would be responsible for approximately 50% of the cost. Dr. Phelan is awesome! He did my filling just the other day and it was completely painless and quick and he did a perfect job. He also keeps it affordable. Everyone in his office is so kind, as well. Oh, and the cleaning got the stains off my teeth so they look beautiful! I am so grateful to have him for my dentist and highly recommend him to everyone! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
