My wife and I started looking for our first home toward the end of 2024, and now, in March 2025, we’re settling into our new place—largely thanks to Todd Patterson! Excellent realtor! Todd guided me through the process of buying a home with unflagging patience and professionalism. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, and I was able to trust that he was keeping a keen lookout for my best interests as a home buyer. He even helped smooth over the closing process when family matters came up. I would absolutely work with Todd again and recommend him highly to anyone.

Todd Patterson is the BEST! Our family arrived in Colorado not knowing where to buy or what the market was like. Todd put us to ease with his knowledge and trustworthiness. He knew what areas would best fit our desires and needs. Todd assisted us with three sales transactions. He navigated us through each transaction with his caring and professional ways. Thanks for everything Todd!!!
