Solid company. Solid down to earth people. Have delivered in the snow on Sundays and have an emergency answering service 24/7..these negative reviews probably come from people who think they're above or better than others
Can only describe my experience with this company as unpleasant. Moved into a new home and called to see about becoming a regular oil-delivery customer and have my burner serviced in February and was told with a nasty attitude to come back in May. Got the feeling that I was bothering them. Stay away from this company! Can only describe my experience with this company as unpleasant. Got the feeling that I was bothering them. Stay away from this company! Called Cape Ann Oil and Scot Oil and both were delighted to talk with a potential new customer!
I ran out of oil on the coldest day of the year with four kids in the house. They went out of their way to make sure that we got oil in our apartment that day. Mind you the only time I had to call was on my lunch break. I wish more people these days had the genuine compassion and work ethic of the ladies that work in this office.
