We hired Todd oil to install a new oil burner and tank in Rockport they're easy to work with pleasant and honest. It's nice to talk to a person over the phone rather than a computer they always answer during business hours. Great American owned local business they have not sold out to the big companies which a lot of local businesses have you can trust Tim and his guys will take good care of your family.
Solid company. Solid down to earth people. Have delivered in the snow on Sundays and have an emergency answering service 24/7..these negative reviews probably come from people who think they're above or better than others
Can only describe my experience with this company as unpleasant. Moved into a new home and called to see about becoming a regular oil-delivery customer and have my burner serviced in February and was told with a nasty attitude to come back in May. Got the feeling that I was bothering them. Stay away from this company!
