I haven't met a doctor. I came to the office in person to schedule a 2nd opinion appointment for a cataract surgery with Light Adjustable IOls. I requested to have my records and measurements to be used in order to determine applicability in my case. The robot-like drone at the front desk was only replying that it's not how the office works. Had my second cataract surgery with Dr. Leventhal. The procedure was uneventful. No pain, easy recovery and have had open-ended discussion with my concerns. Dr. Leventhal is very professional. He is very helpful when cost is a concern and immediately helps to resolve the issues. I believe that although Dr. Leventhal is there to make money, I also believe he puts his patients first! He loves what he does professionally...a rare breed in today's world.
