I originally gave Todd Nichols a 5 star review, but after about a year, the true colors of the craftsmanship began to show. The floor was not swept before laying the vinyl plank flooring, so now I have 4 holes in my brand new floor because they failed to sweep it. My front door and side light windows leak when rain hits it, the seal is very cheap and poorly done, and last but not least, my brand new solid surface counter top is cracked due to poor support.
