The staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and go above and beyond for their customers! Not to mention their prices are cheaper than any competitors! I’ll gladly drive from Florence to do business with them again!
Horrible experience today. I was referred here by several friends and was disappointed when I tried to inquire about having my sons Lettermans jacket embroidered and patches sewed on and was met rudely by a gentleman in the back with a bad attitude. He said that they would not embroider items not purchased in their store. My sons jacket was purchased from the school. We were told that we could sign a form releasing the store of all responsibility if the jacket were to be lost or not delivered to our expectations. I said that... read more
