He is VERY thorough, very kind and explains conditions and things well. He's the reason my son had a celiac test done despite others thinking it was just part of the virus he had. Every time we have had an issue or I've brought my kids in he is never made me feel like it was a problem. As a mom who has anxiety this is huge and greatly appreciated.
