Dont live here, apartment was filled with mold.
I’ve lived at Todd Lofts for about two years now and have really enjoyed my experience overall. One of the biggest things that drew me here was the character of the building itself — it’s a really cool historic property with a unique loft feel that you just don’t get in a lot of newer apartment complexes. The location is also hard to beat. You’re close to Scott’s Addition, The Fan, downtown, the baseball stadium, restaurants, breweries, and pretty much everything Richmond has to offer.
