I have been at Todd Lofts for 3 months now and I genuinely have never enjoyed living in an apartment complex more. It is always clean, the grounds are well taken care of, and the property team is fantastic. My sink disposal started leaking- they replaced it the next day. I had an issue with the mail concierge- they checked all of the mailboxes to make sure I hadn't missed a package.When I request a parking pass - they asked what time I need it by and had it to me well in advance! The rent is fine and my place is cute. Otherwise, the maintenance takes forever, the leasing office is unresponsive, the cameras in the parking lots are jokes as I’ve had my bike stolen and car hit without evidence, and they’ve jacked up the prices and WILL TOW even if your car is parked in the wrong lot for 30 minutes to help with an emergency. My window stopped opening and they said “oh well it’s too difficult to fix”. The hallways also smells horrible (either poop, pee, or weed).
Dont live here, apartment was filled with mold.
I’ve lived at Todd Lofts for about two years now and have really enjoyed my experience overall. One of the biggest things that drew me here was the character of the building itself — it’s a really cool historic property with a unique loft feel that you just don’t get in a lot of newer apartment complexes.
