the worst doctor that I have EVER been in contact with. rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.
he hung up on me while i was talking about my problems. how unprofessional. this is a doctor?? clearly he needs to be looked into with this many bad reviews. i’ve filed a formal complaint.
I’ve seen Dr Nguyen for 5 years and he is extremely efficient and on point .
Please don’t waste your time with this Dr. He did not listen when I explained my issues and he was very short with me. I continued to explain what was going and Dr. Todd L. Nguyen told me my ear pain, headaches, and dizziness were nothing but stress. During telephone appointments Dr. Nguyen was rude and went so far as omitting things I said in his Dr. notes and telling other Dr.’s how he didn’t believe what I’d said. Unfortunately Google makes you give at least one star. Otherwise I would have given none. I feel UNCOMFORTABLE CALLING THIS MAN A DOCTOR because he did not show care to my son and I don't believe he cares for people in general. The appointment we had with him was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. He called me a liar because I didn't agree with the inaccurate information he claimed to be reading from my son's records.
