I originally gave her a rating of 5 as she made sure i did everything in time and got it approved retroactively after SSA said no. However, Ms Todd failed to show up when my niece appeared in front of the judge after waiting over a year for this hearing. My niece decided to represent herself only to learn that this attorney failed to order many of the medical records. The judge found in favor of my niece.
