Never got an email back after inquiring about doing business with Todd. Really unprofessional for him not to respond.
Buying a house in Austin in this current market is challenging to say the least. I went through six offers and had to consider all sorts of financing scenarios. Todd Kurio was fantastic (as promised by my Realtor). He was extremely patient, responsive, and helpful in every way. I've been through the mortgage process several times and can honestly say that Todd is the best mortgage experience I've had. Todd and his team are complete professionals in every way - trust me, you will not be disappointed in using them!
In my opinion, Todd is the best in the business. I not only have worked with him and his borrower's as an Escrow Officer at a Title Company, I also turned to Todd to finance my personal real estate purchases and refinances. I can truly say that Todd's clients are always pleased with his service, as am I on every transaction. He is patient, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful in this sometime confusing and frustrating process of home loans. I would definitely recommend Todd to anyone looking for a loan. He is the Best!
