I would never use this ENT doctor! In 2004/ 2007 or refer him. This doctor dismissed my bloody nose as a polip which was stage 3/4 mucosal melanoma. He dismissed it! My blood noses were the source inside my nose and he was a jerk that he didn't catch it. I should have filed a mal practice against this doctor- CU but I was too busy getting my second round of chemo, lymph glands on my neck removed (14), and radiation that destroyed my nose. Agree with other reviews, Dr. Kingdom's entire office was dismissive of symptoms. Even before examining me, they were unwelcoming, rude and belittling. He made me feel like I was a bad person just for coming into the office and asking him questions.
Fixed my deviated septum perfectly. I can breathe better than ever before. For the record before he is quite and concise but i had no problem with that. I needed something fixed and he did that and im very happy about it.
Horrible bedside manner. Very dismissive. Should not be practicing medicine. Don’t bother going to this guy unless you want to be talked at in a rude manner with zero results.
Recently Dr Kingdom performed surgery on my son. I have never written a negative review of a doctor before (I generally don't write reviews) but I just felt that the dismissive treatment Dr Kingdom gave me was important to share. Pre Covid, after a Dr finished surgery, they would come out and talk with the loved ones of the patient and give them an update on how the procedure went, briefly describe what the surgery entailed, and answer any questions.
