HORRIBLE !! customer service? NONE!! I had my car towed to Capital Ford - it is an older model Taurus wagon. This was in early January 2025. After 5 weeks they called and told me the car was ready and good to drive. I PAID them $1,250 and went to pick it up but the car would not start. Excuse was it was cold- it would start if it was in the service bay. Cant get anyone on the phone now - i get put on hold - current time on hold is ONE HOUR & TWELVE MINUTES. Car I bought from them was nice condition, except the part where it didn’t actually pass inspection despite the legal system saying it has to for them to sell(even if As Is). Then they never fixed the issues we agreed on that was in writing, after I gave them the time they asked to let them work on it to fix. They also have avoided my calls, I’ve had the ringer picked up and hung up immediately. Don’t recommend.
