2 star experience. Had my time wasted and had to drive back to dealership to straighten out commercial versus personal vehicle for my business and re sign after it was completed and had the truck. I would not purchase another vehicle from this facility.
I found a great deal on a 2017 mini Cooper S6 speed on Facebook at Capitol Ford from where I live in Florida. I happen to have a business trip to Pittsburgh so I drove down to Charleston to check it out and really enjoyed the professionalism of the whole team, especially Matalee. Apparently, the mini Cooper just hit the lot for sale and I was the first inquiry. Matalee was so Responsive from the beginning to the end.
