I took my car to Todd Judy Ford Patrick Street for a front end alignment. They ended up breaking a bolt off and the control arm. Then proceeded to tell me that it was going to cost me over $1000. They would not negotiate with me. They are the ones that broke my car, they should be the ones that fix it. I filed suit in magistrate court and won by default. They never answered my complaint. Now they are not paying up. They are just not an honorable company to do business with..

Bought a Ford EcoSport at the Patrick street store I was told there was a second key to it they would have to find it and get it to me I called 4 times could never get the salesman or anyone that would help, they also told me it was AWD a big selling point for me I kept asking them to show me where it said AWD they said that's the only way they come that or 4 wheel drive, I got stuck the other day on a gravel road I could tell the front tires were spinning when I got home I put the VIN number in Kelly bluebook it said it was... read more

We told them what we were looking for and they kept bringing us cars that didn't come close to what we wanted. We told them that we were going to look elsewhere and after we left they ran my credit through 8 different lenders. Why? I don't know. They had no reason to after we told them we were going elsewhere.

Sold me a car with broken axel and transfer case brought it back the next day and they have refused to fix the problem now is approaching the end of the 30 day warranty they still won’t fix it.

They lie to get you in, then insult your intelligence by offering a ridiculously low trade in value. They also put false advertisements out and then tell you " oh, it's only for this certain vehicle, it's in the fine print.". I will NEVER do business with them and will advise everyone I know of their shady business tactics. They need investigated.

We bought 2 vehicles off of them and I will NEVER go back!! The worse to communicate with, will not answer their calls, when you do call and finally get some one, they ask, "well what do you want me to do about it" particularly SANDY at Patrick Street. All I can say is WOW!! They are by far the most dishonest people!! Very shady and lied to us well after we bought our truck!

Was not honest with communication. I filled out an online application, received the notice from my credit monitoring that my credit was checked, then received a text that my credit was approved. I texted back and called several times asking if I had to have down payment or money up front. Was told I did not several times. After taking half a day off work and traveling over an hour to get there, I was told I needed $2000 down. In October of 2021 brought a 2018 Chevy Spark from Todd Judy Ford. After I got it home seen that it was missing the spare and jack. I call N***** the salesman and informed him of what was missing. He told me no problem he’d get items replaced. Had called dealership several times to inquire as to the missing parts. They will not return any of my calls and when I do get though I get transferred from one person to another till someone tells me they’ll check on the order.
