After a horrible experience at the Kaiser Clinic at the Target in Escondido off of University, we had another appt with our new Primary Care doctor. Dr. Harker was absolutely wonderful!!!! So personable and welcoming!!! We felt like we had a voice here!!! Great doctor and I highly recommend!!!!
